"What Am I?"

Sometimes I sit down and just start drawing. During these times I have no idea what I'm drawing, and just start joining lines together. This is one such example. If I were to come up with an explanation of this creature, I'd think it would be something horrible and deranged.

Note that its real head is the tiny thing with the beady eyes on the very rip of its nose/head.
