"Subjugator"

Probably my most "famous" design, I originally drew this because someone suggested I draw legged Cybrid tank. I finished it only to see it removed from the forums, as I had apparently completed it only a few hours before the development leader was going to contact me to draw one. Why exactly he wanted to contact me to draw one I do not know, nor will I ever I assume. I hadn't shown any past expertise with legged tanks since I had never done it before, after all.

This was also the first Cybrid design I did that shunned the overly organic roots I was so fond of using. There are still some obvious elements of it still present, like the chin and the toes of the vehicle, but these are so minor they enhance the shape rather than make it. The idea was popular enough to make it into the revamped Cybrid designs the dev team was putting out.

The idea behind the Subjugator (which I did not name, actually) was to make it look like a massive dog, hunched over and ready to bite. I made up all of the minor design elements, like the shoulder blast shields and leg details as I went. The only preconceived notion I had was the shape and the face details. I think what makes the design appealing is that I didn't focus on the back end; I didn't even bother to draw it in the main image.
